Ibrahim Jabaar scored a screamer to make the tally five towards the end of the clash.
The victory over Guatemala has made it two wins in two games for the Eaglets at the UEFA/CAF Tourney after defeating the host country Turkey 2-0 in the opener.
At the weekend, the five-time world champions bashed hosts Turkey 2-0 to get their campaign off to a flying start.
World Cup qualifiers Angola, Cameroon and Senegal are the African teams at the invitational tournament.
