UEFA Published their Champions League Squad of the Season on Sunday, with it understandably dominated by Real Madrid players.
Real Madrid, who have now won the trophy for three consecutive years, have seven players in the 18-man squad, while beaten finalists, Liverpool, have three players.

Well, the Colombian performed excellently in the knockout stages, particularly in the second leg against Real Madrid.

Oh ho, Pique’ nightmare and a brilliant volleyed finish in the group stage against Chelsea was a highlight as he led the line and his team to the semi-finals, scoring eight goals along the way.
Roberto Firmino (Liverpool)
Combined incredible work rate and fierce competitiveness with technical quality, scoring ten goals in the competition.
Lionel Messi (Barcelona)
Barcelona’s magical forward was the difference-maker in both rounds of 16 games against Chelsea.
