Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has continued to look-out for all his players ahead of the team’s Russia 2018 World Cup preparations.

Super Eagles are a few months away before any international match, but the German tactician doesn’t want anything to compromise Super Eagles Worldcup qualification

Gernot who emphasised the importance of looking out for his players in a media chat with Super Eagles media officer Mr Toyin Ibitoye, as he stated the dire need of speaking with the players in their respective clubs to better develop a good working spirit and communication with the coaches.

The coach who was in London recently to check on the progress of Super Eagles and Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Carl Ikeme, who suffered a hip injury in Wolves 1-1 draw at the Reebok stadium back in October which made the shot-stopper miss out Super Eagles game against Desert Warriors of Algeria in a World Cup qualifying encounter.

Carl Ikeme confirmed his meet with the German via his Twitter handle

Rohr visit to London might suggest a check on other Super Eagle target Victor Anichebe, Jordan Ibe, Moses Odubajo and other who are likely making their debut in an international friendly against the Terranga Lions of Senegal.
