Monday’s international friendly game between Ivory Coast and Senegal had to be abandoned taking after a pitch invasion in Paris.
The friendly clash at Stade Charlety in the French capital was cancelled in the closing minutes of the game when supporters storm the field.
The sides were level at 1-1 when French referee Tony Chapron cancelled the match in the 88th minute as fans from both sides overflowed onto the pitch.
Liverpool forward Sadio Mane had given Senegal the lead on 67 minutes through a awarded penalty, however, Fulham’s Cyriac Gohi Bi adjusted the scoreline for the Ivorians only four minutes after Mane opener.
