Spanish and Arsenal playmaker Santi Carzola will be out for another three months as the player is set to have surgery on his right ankle.
Santi absence in the depth of Arsenal midfield as he makes the Emirate outfit loose some spark of creativity and low drive in creating scoring chances as Ramsey who’s only the holding midfielder has also lost his momentum since his return from injury.
However the Spanish international will undergo surgery on his right ankle in the coming week after his injury shows no sign of improvement.
