As the Spanish La Liga resumes this weekend and a new Nigerian star is in line to roll with the likes of Lionel Messi, Greizmann, and Cristiano Ronaldo having been signed by new Spanish outfit Girona FC.
Manchester City signed Nigerian striker Olanrewanju Kayode from Austria Vienna and instantly loaned him out to Girona.
City has not made an official declaration but rather the Spanish club, who have been promoted to LaLiga for this season, have affirmed the move.

Kayode, who scored 37 goals in 85 games in the Austrian Bundesliga, was linked with Newcastle but Pep Guardiola side wants him away from the Premier League
City has built up a solid relationship with Girona and the most recent deals come days after Pep Guardiola’s squad come back from a warm-climate training camp in the Catalan city.
Their stay incorporated a friendly game against Girona, who led some of their own pre-season arrangements at the City Football Academy in Manchester.
