Goal Feast In Dortmund, Tottenham Out Of UCL




Tuesday Champions League comes with thrills and chills as Borussia Dortmund treated themselves with incredible goals while some taste bit of harshness as Tottenham were dumped out. As Real Madrid, Leicester, Monaco, Leverkusen, and Juventus all booked the round of 16 places. The German side came into the game with easiness at first, and tactically release their wrath and feast on Legia Warsaw. Dortmund are yet to qualify as Real Madrid wins, but they did their evening in a game that ends 8-4, setting a new record for most goals scored in a single UEFA Champions League match

Tottenham Hotspur were dumped out, after Monaco beat them by 2-1,the game was lighted up after Ramadel Falcao penalty miss seeing Hugo Lloris saving at first half, in the start of the second half Monaco’s Sidibe fired shot see Monaco take lead, later on, Harry Kane equalise to put his team on level, but things went astray minutes later as Thomas Lemar goal take the French side through to the knock-out stages of the competition and ending the English side high hopes.

Teams that have qualified for the round of 16 are Monaco, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Atlético Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern München, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, and Leicester City.

Those out of UEFA Champions League: PSV Eindhoven, Basel, Club Brugge, Dinamo Zagreb, Legia Warszawa, Rostov, Sporting CP, Tottenham Hotspur, CSKA Moscow, and Ludogorets Razgrad
