Stoke City have secure the service France international Kurt Zouma on a season-long loan from Premier League champions Chelsea.
The West London club likewise declared the 22-year-old has penned another six-year contract with the club as he joins the Potters for the 2016-17 campaign.
The contract will be viewed as something of an overthrow for Mark Hughes’ side with Zouma thought to be a standout amongst the most gifted young defenders in the Premier League.

The defender has made 71 appearances for Chelsea since joining from Saint-Etienne in 2014, but was limited to only 3 Premier League starts last season as he recuperated from a niggling knee injury sustained against Manchester United in February 2016.
The 22-year-old will be wanting to get a lot of game time in the Potteries as he hopes to get a starting role in his national colors ahead of next summer’s World Cup in Russia.
