Chelsea out of favor midfielder has revealed that he may be forced to move away from Chelsea,because his current situation under Antonio doesn’t look like it will change very soon.
Which looks like Mikel days are numbered at Chelsea,the 29 -year old has been at stamford Bridge since 2006,under Jose Mourinho. Almost a decade since he arrived from lyn oslo (norway) after a controversial transfer saga between Man-Utd and Chelsea.
Super Eagle captain,who has been out since the start of the Premier League campaign this season has hinted he might leave the Blue’s come January after failing to get a regular first team action under Conte.
“We will wait and see what happens in January,” Mikel was quoted as saying by ESPN.
“For the first time in my career, this is happening to me and I have to stand up and deal with it.
“It is what it is, but I’m training hard every day and I always wish the team the best and I am happy we are doing well.
“I’ve been at Chelsea a long time. Managers come and go, players come and go. I’ve been at Chelsea a long time and these things happen in football. So we will have to make that decision when January comes.”
