Former Celtic utility defender Efe Ambrose is most likely to confront genuine inconvenience from his Scottish club Hibernian FC subsequent of neglecting to report back to camp as instructed by the club.
Ambrose who was critical in the club’s promotion from second division last season into the Scottish Premier League was offered a broadened reprieve but has gone ahead to take out additional time without the consent of the club.
An unmoved Hibs coach Neil Lennon has made it clear that Efe whom he nor anybody at the club can’t take a few to get back a hold of, will face a strict penalty from the club upon his arrival.
”There’s no sign of Efe so he is in a bit of trouble. I can’t get a hold of him at all. He was given a wee bit of time off but he is pushing the boundaries now,” Lennon said.
”The sooner he is back, for his sake, the better.
”It will be discussed behind closed doors so he’s got that to look forward to when he gets back.”
Efe Ambrose and Neil Lennon both worked together at Chelsea some seasons ago.
