Chelsea are pushing forward with plans to secure the services of Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura and are planning to pitch Willian so as to finance the transfer, according to France publication 10 Sport.
Les Parisiens are purportedly prepared to sell out the Brazilian international, who has tumbled down the pecking order following the arrival of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
The Premier League champions are said to be one of the clubs eyeing the 25-year-old, and Antonio Conte has clearly shown interest in bringing Lucas Moura to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are making preparations to free funds to sign Lucas, who has 35 senior Brazil caps and would sell Willian in order to do so, they believe they could get a higher fee for Willian than they would spend on Lucas, who it is reported could be signed for around €30million.
According to 10 Sports reports that Chelsea are scoping out potential suitors in the Chinese Super League.
Willian has been struggling to get regular game time this season, with Victor Moses, Eden Hazard and Pedro partnering Alvaro Morata in the Blues’ front three, starting just six Premier League games, and coming in as a substitute in five appearances.
