Chelsea Set Up Contingency Plan For Antonio Conte Exit



The Sun’ reports that Premier League champions have started to set up a contingency plan of action should Antonio Conte choose to leave the West London club, the Italian whose future has been called into question severally since lifting the Premier League title last season.
