While many anticipated that the Belgian would be named in the top 10.
The Belgian star has been at the pinnacle of his power following an extremely frustrating 2015/16 season, proving instrumental in the Blues’ Premier League triumph.
This season, he has started like a train with many marking him as the finest player the Premier League brings to the table. The 26-year-old has eight goals and four assists in all competition this season, handing over a plenty of staggering individual performances.
